Institute for Promotion of Small and Medium sizes Enterprises (IPEME), is a National public entity created under the Decree No. 47/2008, 3rd December, under the supervision of the Ministry of trade and Industry, and is responsible the ensure the implementations of the strategy and micro, small, and medium enterprises promotion and dynamizations.
