Recently, Huawei China, together with partners including Ugandan telecom operator MTN and HIMA Cement, launched the country's first 5G digital cement factory project in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. This is the first case of 5G technology being commercially available in the manufacturing sector in Uganda.
