On December 22, 2021, Djibouti International Exhibition Centre opened and the Innovation and Maritime Excellence Centre was successfully held. The "Center of Excellence for Innovation and Maritime Affairs", a people-to-people engagement project donated by China Merchants Group Charitable Foundation, was also officially put into use.
