October 17th, China Minister of Commerce and Mauritius Ambassador to China signed an agreement on mutual free trade in Beijing. This is the first free-trade agreement between China and African countries, which covers goods trade, service trade, investment and economic cooperation. It largely boosts the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Africa.
