June 21st saw the Opening Ceremony of the 3rd China-Africa Youth Gala in Beijing by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC, China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the People’s Government of Sichuan Province. This event which lasted for 3 days was attended by over 400 people, including youth representatives, diplomatic envoys from African countries to China.
The Gala themed “connecting the Dreams of Youth and Creating A New Era for China-Africa Relationship”, is one of the Side Events of the upcoming Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and a further implementation of the consensus from the Johannesburg Summit of FOCAC.
China Africa Business Council had assisted to convene Chinese youth representatives to attend the meeting, which are from CABC’s member units, such as Zhongyang Construction, Anhui Biochem, Center International, Henan Senyuan and Greenroad International Logistics.
