UNICEF 2026 “Children's Development in Africa and Pathways for Enterprise Participation” Corporate Open Day Successfully Held
On April 17, the China-Africa Business Council and UNICEF China jointly held the “Children's Development in Africa and Pathways for Enterprise Participation” Corporate Open Day. Amakobe Sande, UNICEF Representative to China, called on Chinese companies operating in Africa to prioritize children’s rights, strengthen community and school engagement, and contribute to local procurement and digital education. Yu Xiaoyi, Vice President of the Council, expressed readiness to work with UNICEF to provide guidance for member companies, while Zhang Junting shared the 38-year philanthropic journey of Rockcheck Group. Both sides look forward to pooling resources to support children’s health and education in Africa.
