On April 11, 2026 local time, the asphalt concrete surface course of the BOGO-GUIRVIDIG section on Lot 1 (BOGO-POUSSE) of the "MAROUA-BOGO-POUSSE" 44km road rehabilitation project, constructed by CGCOC Cameroon’s Zhongyang Highway Project Department, was officially completed, marking the successful completion of the main line work. Located in Maroua, Far North (Extrême-Nord) Region of Cameroon, the project team overcame challenges including extreme heat, malaria, and logistical difficulties, ensuring timely progress and winning strong recognition from local authorities and communities.
