On February 26, the "Zero Tariff · New Opportunities" China-Congo Business and Trade Conference and Signing Ceremony was held in Brazzaville. Liu Yuxi, Ambassador for China-Africa Cooperation Forum Affairs, and Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, Minister of International Cooperation of the Republic of the Congo, attended the event. Liu stated that zero tariffs represent a golden hallmark of China-Africa cooperation in the new era, and Congo will be among the first to benefit. Minister Ebouka-Babackas noted that both sides should implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state to deliver greater benefits to their peoples.
