Shenzhen Energy Ansoco Power Plant recently held its 2026 Mentorship Program signing ceremony in Ghana, formalizing 17 mentor-apprentice pairs. As a core talent cultivation initiative, the program has been implemented for years, enabling experienced technicians to impart operational skills and safety protocols while apprentices diligently learn and grow. This has nurtured a pool of technical professionals, contributing to local talent development in Ghana's power sector. Moving forward, the plant will continue to advance the Belt and Road Initiative by sharing advanced power technologies and management expertise, supporting China-Africa energy cooperation and regional green, low-carbon development.
