On February 12, the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Angola, Marcy, led a delegation to inspect the Hasan Commercial City Integrated Enterprise Service Center, reviewing the completion of the judicial affairs service center project. The Minister highly commended the project's high-standard construction, noting that the center will optimize the business environment by providing efficient one-stop services for enterprises and citizens. It was confirmed during the meeting that the center will officially open on March 18, initially offering notarization, document certification, and business registration services, with plans to add a vehicle registration window. All parties agreed that the center will serve as a key platform for serving Chinese investors and deepening China-Angola cooperation.
