On February 3, 2026, Mr. Paul Zhang, Chairman of Tian Tang Group, led a senior delegation to meet with H.E. President Museveni of Uganda, congratulating him on his re-election. The two sides held in-depth discussions and reached important consensus on planning a new industrial park to further advance Uganda's industrialization. Building upon the proven success of the Sino-Uganda Mbale Industrial Park, President Museveni endorsed Tian Tang Group as the strategic partner for a new 7770-acre industrial park project. This initiative aims to replicate and scale up the Mbale model's achievements in industrial clustering, job creation, and technology transfer, marking a significant upgrade in bilateral cooperation to accelerate Uganda's industrial transformation under its "Vision 2040".
