On 10 October, the Dialogue Between African Ambassadors and Private Enterprises was held in Beijing. As part of the 2025 work plan for the China-Africa Private Investment Promotion Platform, the dialogue was hosted by the China-Africa Business Council and supported by BGI Group. It aimed to forge closer ties with African embassies in China and strengthen regular communication channels between private enterprises and these diplomatic missions. The event brought together embassy officials from 12 African nations, including Niger, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Togo, Lesotho, Senegal, Algeria, Burundi, Burkina Faso, Somalia, and Angola, together with around 70 representatives from Chinese private enterprises.
