The 2025 China–Africa Internet Development and Cooperation Forum opened on September 28 in Xiamen with approximately 400 participants from government agencies, universities, think tanks, and media organizations across China and 32 African countries. The forum announced new cooperation outcomes and launched the “China-Africa Cyberspace Community Action Plan (2025–2026).” Four sub-forums focused on digital transformation, AI governance, cybersecurity, and media cooperation.
