The training program for the Tilenga Oilfield Project undertaken by China Petrochemical Corporation covers 9 trades, with 30 participants in the welding class. The project has a total investment of over $2 billion and is expected to process more than 200,000 barrels of crude oil per day upon commissioning. To date, it has provided over 4,000 jobs and trained more than 1,300 oil workers. In 2025, the project plans to train an additional 836 technicians across various trades and offer relevant employment opportunities.
