From June 12 to 15, 2025, the South-South Cooperation special exhibition, supported by the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE) and the Global South-South Development Center Project, and held by the China-Africa Business Council, made its debut at the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE). The exhibition highlighted nearly 20 outstanding cases of South-South Cooperation within the United Nations, expanding the concept of South-South Cooperation, showcasing the innovative practices of relevant Chinese institutions and enterprises, especially private enterprises, in engaging in South-South Cooperation, as well as their capabilities and confidence in contributing to global common development. During the CAETE, the exhibition attracted high-level participants, including the Prime Minister of Uganda, more than 70 African Ministers, representatives from United Nations agencies, the delegation of the China-Africa Business Council, and distinguished guests from various sectors across China and Africa. Ultimately, the event yielded positive outcomes and demonstrated a strong model effect.
