Recently, the “2024 China-Africa Economic Cooperation and Overseas Security Symposium” was held in Beijing. Nearly 100 experts, scholars, and corporate representatives focused on “New Changes and Opportunities for Chinese Enterprises Going Global,” discussing trends and strategies regarding recent international developments, connectivity in China-Africa industrial and supply chains, China-Africa economic cooperation, and overseas security.
More than a dozen experts and corporate representatives conducted discussions on topics such as overseas security and corporate practices. Participants unanimously agreed that China’s “going global” economic cooperation initiatives have achieved mutually beneficial outcomes in Africa and should maintain confidence in development. Moving forward, efforts should be made to ensure steady progress in overseas business development, providing momentum for building a new era of an all-weather China-Africa community of shared destiny.
