On April 10, GAC International and Huajian Group signed a distribution cooperation agreement and KD Assembly Memorandum of Understanding in Guangzhou. Ethiopian Ambassador to China Tefera Derbew, Guangzhou Vice Mayor Tan Ping, and other representatives attended the ceremony. According to the agreement, Huajian Group will represent GAC in Ethiopia, handling vehicle sales, charging infrastructure, and auto parts distribution. Both parties aim to expand collaboration into various domains, including KD assembly projects.
