On July 18, 2024, Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (Arise IIP) and Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) signed an agreement in Nigeria to support enterprises in Gabon’s Nkok Special Economic Zone (GSEZ). AFC will offer financial support and consulting services to foster joint ventures and technical partnerships, enhancing the industrial ecosystem and promoting sustainable development. Arise IIP, active in 11 African countries, focuses on African manufacturing upgrade across various sectors under a Public-Private Partnership model.
