On July 10, 2024 ，Guo Ning ，Deputy Director of Hunan’s Department of Commerce visited the China-Africa Business Council (CABC) to discuss deepening China-Africa trade cooperation. She highlighted the role of Hunan province as a gateway in this partnership and the upcoming Fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE). CABC Vice Chairman Wang Xiaoyong emphasized collaboration under the Belt and Road Initiative and preparations for CAETE. The meeting included discussions on investment, trade, and cooperation models.
