Although China and the African continent are far apart, the ocean draws them closer. With the advancement of the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road," Sino-African blue economy cooperation is timely，fruitful and evolving on a daily basis. The African continent is surrounded by oceans and dotted with lakes and rivers. Apart from the vigorous development of blue economies in African countries, there is an urgent need to address issues such as talent shortages, funding constraints, and outdated fisheries infrastructures. China, with its global leadership in marine fisheries, shipbuilding, and port construction, complements Africa's needs perfectly.
