The development of new quality productive forces in China has drawn the attention of African business realms, media, and research institutions, reported by numerous mainstream medias. This new development concept aligns closely with Africa's current economic and social development needs, transformation goals, and future strategic vision, embodying mutual interests and collaboration opportunities for both China and Africa. The advancement of these productive forces in China also supports the implementation of the long-term China-Africa cooperation plan. In the first three-year plan of the "China-Africa Cooperation 2035 Vision," both sides will collaborate on nine projects, with key areas including poverty reduction, agricultural benefits, trade promotion, investment, digital innovation, and green development. China will further pragmatic economic and trade cooperation with Africa through the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiative. The spillover effects of China's development will bring new opportunities, momentum, and scope to China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, fostering economic growth and sustainable development for both sides. Particularly, cooperation in new technologies, new energy, and new industries will expand. In recent years, progress has been made in digital economy and green development collaborations. This development will not only drive high-quality growth in China's economy but also benefit the global economy, Africa in particular, injecting new vitality and pillaring Africa's long-term economic and social development goals.
