On July 28,
Rwandan President Paul Kagame met with StarTimes Chairman Pang Xinxing. the
Minister of ICT and Innovation in the Government of Rwanda, Paula Ingabire, the
Deputy CEO of RDB, Zephanie Niyonkuru, the CEO of StarTimes Rwanda, Wang Fan,
and the Managing Director of StarTimes Media, Meng Li, participated in the
talks.
