The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda appointed Mr. Zhang Zhigang, Chairman of Tiantang Group, as the Advisor on Commercial and Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uganda signed the letter of authorization on 20 March 2023, local time.
