The 73rd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and OAFLA (Organization of African First Ladies Against HIV/AIDS) 21st General Assembly was held in New York from September 23 to 27. China-Africa Business Council and China-Africa Fund for Industrial Cooperation, which is the observer unit of CABC, were invited to attend the assemblies.
OAFLA 21st General Assembly includes a high level fundraiser under the theme of “Free to shine: Global partnerships towards eliminating Mother-to-Child transmission of HIV in Africa”. CABC attended the event in name of its public benefit fund of “Increasing Love for Decreasing AIDS”.
