China-Africa Digital Technology Cooperation Center Officially Opens in Hangzhou


The China-Africa Digital Technology Cooperation Center officially opened in Binjiang District, Hangzhou on August 28, with its physical venue and overseas service center beginning operations simultaneously. Initiated and guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the center is jointly developed by Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou Municipality to facilitate policy dialogue, industrial cooperation, technology application and capacity building between China and Africa. It features exhibition and overseas service sections, providing market consultation, business matchmaking, project coordination and country-specific services for Chinese digital enterprises expanding into Africa. The center will also host conferences, business roadshows, training programs and industry matchmaking activities to promote cooperation in digital infrastructure, governance, industries and talent development.
