From September 4 to 5, a delegation of entrepreneurs
from the China-Africa Business Council visited six Chinese-invested enterprises
in Kenya, covering green energy, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics. The
delegation visited Kaishan Group, Luton Hospital, Golden Lion International
Group, SaisTime Group, Top New Knitwear Manufacturing EPZ Kenya Limited and
Foton Kenya, gaining insights into their operations and localization efforts.
Discussions focused on geothermal energy, healthcare services, industrial
development, cross-border logistics, textile manufacturing and commercial
vehicles. The visits coincided with the 9th Kenya International Industrial Expo
and aimed to deepen understanding of Chinese investment in Kenya and promote China-Kenya
industrial and economic cooperation.
