Chongqing Haifu Technology Co., Ltd. was
shortlisted for the Best Patient Impact Award at MedTech World Asia 2026, held
in Hong Kong from August 26 to 28. According to MedTech World, the award
combines 50% public voting with 50% evaluation by its Steering Committee. Haifu
Technology has developed high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) systems for
non-invasive treatment of solid tumors, including uterine fibroids and
adenomyosis. The company noted that its technology has been clinically applied
in multiple countries and regions, offering organ-preserving treatment options
for patients. The shortlisting highlights international attention to
China-developed focused ultrasound technology and its clinical applications.
