Based on the powerful technologic research strength of the state-level research institute and the world's leading environmental equipment manufacturing capability, the Company built the China's most complete environmental sanitation machinery product lineup to provide the customers with complete equipment solutions, including road sweeping and sanitation, waste collection and transfer, sewer and municipal maintenance, and ice/snow sweeping. In addition, the Company led and took part in the establishment of over 80% industry technical standards and its market share of products has been ranked the China's first place for 15 years consecutively, with the market share of core products over 65%.
Acquiring the Italian LADURNER Srl in 2015, the Company promoted the environmental equipment R&D and treatment process technology to the China’s first-class level through the combination of domestic and foreign technologies and project advantages. The Company achieved breakthroughs in terms of biomass waste comprehensive treatment, percolate treatment, township sewage comprehensive treatment, domestic waste treatment, soil comprehensive remediation, and construction waste consumption and resourceful treatment. By the end of 2016, nearly 80 whole environmental treatment operations and service projects are distributed in more than 20 provinces nationwide.
In response to the national PPP mode development trend, the Company has given full play to its advantages in sales & service networks and brand in sanitation industry, proactively expands the environmental sanitation PPP projects. By the end of 2016, the Company has entered cooperation agreement with nearly 30 county-level governments on the promotion of county territory whole environment treatment and operation by PPP mode, of which the Shimen project constructed and operated by Zoomlion Environmental Industry has become the China's first successful classic case of rural-coverage environmental sanitation PPP project and gained the extensive propaganda by social mainstream media.
The company has cooperated with its strategic investor Infore Group in 2017.
