Recently, the Nigeria logistics center and overseas warehouse, as well as the Egypt logistics center and overseas warehouse, under Xiangyuefei Company of Zhuzhou Modern Logistics Group, were officially inaugurated. The city of Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, aims to build an integrated production and logistics trade network with Africa, facilitating economic and trade exchanges between both sides.
The Xiangyuefei Rail-Sea Intermodal Corridor is the first rail-sea intermodal route in China specifically targeting Africa. It is also one of the five international logistics corridors planned and constructed by Hunan Province. Centered in Zhuzhou as the main hub and departure station, it connects Hengyang and Chenzhou as auxiliary hubs, integrating export and import goods from Hunan and other central and western provinces. Goods are transported by rail to sea ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, seamlessly connecting with maritime routes to Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and other global regions.
