On October 18, the opening ceremony of the 3rd Belt and Road Summit Forum on International Cooperation was held in Beijing. In the afternoon, the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Beijing Municipal People's Government jointly held the Third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum on Local Cooperation at the China National Convention Center, with the theme of "Deepening Local Cooperation and Promoting Common Development". Wang Yinan, Vice President of China-Africa Business Council, and Wang Li, Chairman of Beijing Ratio Legal & Commercial service Center for BRI, were invited to participate in this local cooperation forum and signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of all parties to jointly establish and operate China-Africa Civil International Commercial Mediation Center.
