On October 18, Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. and the U.N. Economic Commission for Africa have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding to promote and accelerate the development of digital transformation in Africa. Based on technology sharing and complementary strengths, the partnership will focus on promoting research and analytical surveys on Africa's digital economy by leveraging the power of emerging technologies, big data, and innovative tools and platforms to provide valuable insights and policy recommendations in key areas of Africa's digital ecosystem, including e-commerce, fintech, digital payments, financial inclusion, digital trade, and so on.
