On January 18, 2022, China's
biopharmaceutical company Sinovac has signed a cooperation agreement with
Egypt's Holding Company for Biological Products and Vaccines (VACSERA) via both
a video conference and an offline ceremony to establish a cold storage facility
in Egypt, which will have a storage capacity of 150 million doses of vaccine.
