On October 19, Ambassador Zhu Jing in DR Congo and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of DR Congo Lutundula signed an agreement on economic and technical cooperation between China and DR Congo and other cooperation agreements on behalf of the two governments respectively.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Congo, the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director General of the U.S.-Asia Department, and some diplomats of the Chinese Embassy in Congo.
