FREE TO SHINE is a programme jointly initiated by OAFLAD (Organization of African First Ladies for Development), UN Agencies and other international organizations. The First Lady of Angola started the 3-year programme in Angola last year, in order to coordinate resources from partners with a hope for supports on finance, technology, etc.
On November 29, Hasan Group, the Vice-Chairman unit of CABC signed a strategic cooperation agreement to support the FREE TO SHINE programme, in name of the Public Benefit Union of CABC and Hasan Group. CABC's public benefit channel of Increasing Love for Decreasing Fund has been supplying funds and donations for African countries for many years.
