On September 19th, the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency in collaboration with Winvestnet hosted the 2018 AIM Roadshow in Beijing. AIM ROADSHOW 2018 aims to present African infrastructure and strategic projects to Chinese contractors and investment institutions in order to promote Foreign Direct investments in the African continent and facilitate Joint Ventures and strategic partnerships.
Among the main speakers were the Moroccan Ambassador to China H.E Aziz Mekouar, President of Federation of West-African women entrepreneur Madame Candide Leguede, Center International Group Chairman and China-Africa Business Vice-President Mr Liu Aisen, China-Africa Development Fund Vice-President Mr Wang Yong and Moroccan Investment And Exports Development Agency CEO Mr Hicham Boudraa.
Keynote speeches were followed by a presentation of key and priority investment in Africa in general and in Morocco in general by the Moroccan Investment And Exports Development Agency.
The event also saw the official launching of the AFRICAINVESTMENT MARKETPLACE by Weinvestnet CEO, Mr Reda Rami.
The event ended with an award ceremony in which, China-Africa Business Council received the award for “Best Business Association for Africa”.
